For the past few days, for a couple of hours each day, I've put Marzipan in the front room and closed the door to the hall, then opened the spare room door to let the newcomers explore. They've been getting more confident each day.

This weekend, I was away for a few days to attend Eastercon. I had a lovely time, visited with friends old and new, attended interesting panels (none disparaging covers with dragons on 'em), and acquired a gorgeous print (The Snow Dragon by Anne Sudworth) at the art auction, in addition to buying some used books, a stag pendant, and D&D dice.
